Last sunday was a good day. I finally got to meet up with a friend and took photos of her for the first time in a while. As you probably know, I like to take photos of a woman standing in front of a rusty steel sheet or an old house. At one point I was shooting in an empty lot for a bit where I probably shouldn't have been shooting at because it was someone's private property. When I was almost done I saw a guy looking at us from the street and I thought we would be in trouble. But the guy said to me "hey you got a nice camera there." and he pulled out his camera to show me telling me that he usually used a Leica M3 and that he had a whole collection of film cameras at home. We chatted for a few minutes about photographs and cameras and I tokyocamerastyled a little and parted our ways. He looked about 50 something but was quite fashionable. He let me take a photo of him with my Nikon F3 and said he was honored to be photographed by a young lady. What a cool old guy.

What does "tokyocamerastyle" exactly mean?
Ayako, it means to take a photo of a camera like John Sypal does!
