Stacey

(The first photo was taken with a compact digital camera. The second one was taken with Fuji645.)

She might be pissed off at me if she found out that I'd posted the first picture becasue she told me to delete it after I took it.
The second one won't make her upset at all for sure.

But I like the first one better.

ジャーニー

"Journey" is a cat I met at a beach party on Sunday.
He was very friendly and also a bit cheeky.I saw him stealing some dry squid thingy from a guy who was eating it with his beer.Of course the guy was too drunk to care.

I took some photos with my Fuji 645 this weekend and hope they turn out well.
It takes about a week to have 120 films developed at my local film processing shop so I have to wait to post those photos for a few more days.

Today when I was biking around I found a place in town that does the job within a day.
They have Kodak Portra too(!) which I had never found in any shops in Shizuoka yet.
The owner seemed nice and friendly.I will go back there sometime soon.

A limestone cave

It was a cheesy tourist site, but it was at least nice and cool inside of the cave.

A short road trip

It says on the votive tablet, "Let me be a model, Let me be a singer, Let me keep my beauty forever."
I would like to meet her.

On Saturday I went for a drive down to Mikkabi where I saw tons of mandarin trees.
I think people in Mikkabi live off mandarines.

Mikkabi Mikan Manju was delicious.

He got a metabolic syndrome I think.

A drinking weekend

So this past weekend was full of alcohol for me.
I just went for it when I could.

I like to go for drinks both by myself and with my friends.
There are people you can meet and things you can talk/hear about only when you are drunk, I think.

I met some new people over the weekend and even though I don't really think I will see them again it was nice to meet them.

A couple of women I met are around 40 who only look like late 20's.That was encouraging.

A guy who wanted to be friends with me didn't think I was Japanese.I told him I was half-Korean and half-Chinese.He said "That figures". What the hell?

An African guy who talked to me spoke some English and I understood what he was saying but yet I couldn't help but notice his mistakes in grammer and choice of words. That made me wonder if that is what it feels like for my native English speaker friends to talk to me.

I am going to try and detox for the next few weeks.
