A friend of mine was telling me about this before.

If he goes to an all-you-can-eat restaurant and if he can eat more than what he pays for, to him that means a victory, that he wins agaisnt the restaurant.

I am such a loser in terms of winning that way.

Here is what it means to me a victory.

If I see a cat that doesn't look very friendly or doesn't seem to care about human beings and if I can touch it and make it purr, I feel like I win.
If the cat's owner shows up and tells me that the cat doesn't usually get attached to anybody but its owner, that is a bonus to me.

That happened yesterday.
And it made my morning, just in case you wanted to know.

I went to a Family Mart to get some drink today.
(Actually, to get points there. Yes I do have a Famima card.)

When I was about to go in there I saw a guy walking towards the entrance to get in there as well.
I was closer to the door but I slowed down to let him go first.
(I guess I usually do that to anyone for no apparent reason.)

The guy, who looked in his late 20's, put his hand on the door knob, opened the door, and then let me get in first, just like he should.

I know it is not a big deal to non-Japanese people.

To me it was something I had to write on my blog as most Japanese guys don't even hold the door for a person after them.

I almost had a crush on him.

Now you know how easy I am to get.

Multi-exposed......

One of the films that I shot recently turned out multi-exposed.
Apparently I didn't place the film into the camera properly and so the film didn't advance as it was supposed to. When I heard that there was no print they could make from the film at a DPE I was so disappointed. I was gonna throw it away, but I decided to scan the film and see how they look on my computer. Well, I think they are kinda cool.

There is a nice beach in Yaizu where Brasilian factory workers seem to like hanging out at.
But I didn't see any of them that day.
